Accessory Warranty

Accessories are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Accessory body and parts only. Labor and wear parts including but not limited to bearings, bushings, grease fittings / zerks and tires are excluded from this warranty. Repair or replacement of item is at Bradley Mower’s option. Shipping costs are customer’s responsibility.

Commercial Warranty – Wide Area Mowers

Wide Area Mowers are warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase for commercial users. First 12 months: parts and labor. Second 12 months: parts only. Wear parts including but not limited to bearings, bushings, grease fittings / zerks, tires, and belts are excluded from this warranty. Engines and hydro-drives are warranted by their respective manufacturers.

Residential Warranty – Wide Area Mowers

Wide Area Mowers are warranted for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase for residential users. First 24 months: parts and labor. Third 12 months: parts only. Wear parts including but not limited to bearings, bushings, grease fittings / zerks, tires, and belts are excluded from this warranty. Engines and hydro-drives are warranted by their respective manufacturers.

High Wheel Mowers/Edgers

High Wheel Mowers/Edgers are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Procedure

Warranty must be performed by an approved Bradley Mowers dealer. For areas without a Bradley Mowers dealer, you typically can take it to a dealer you know and trust. Bradley Mowers must approve any warranty work from a non-approved dealer. Replacement parts should be Bradley Mowers parts. Warranties submitted using other parts may be subject to Bradley Mower part replacement rates. Contact Bradley Mowers for a warranty form if you do not have an industry standard form to use.
